Important Announcements
Waiting Room Etiquette
Please be mindful of students and other parents by keeping noise levels low. Ensure siblings are supervised and remain quiet during classes.
Tuition Payments
All tuition payments must be submitted to the office during the first week of each month. Please ensure timely payments to avoid any disruptions.
Uniforms & Equipment

All uniforms and equipment must be labeled with your child’s name.

With colder weather approaching, please remind children not to leave sparring gear in the car, as cold temperatures can cause damage.

Uniforms should be kept clean, but avoid using bleach.

Testing Day

Mixed Class and Sparring/Weapons classes are canceled.

Junior Testing: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

No spectators allowed during testing; however, parents are welcome to observe during the final 15 minutes of promotions.

Rangers will test during the week of March 18th.

Testing includes an evaluation by our Black Belt Staff, a promotion photograph, and a certificate.

Please confirm eligibility with the office and ensure your child attends enough classes before testing.

Sparring Class & Weapons Training

Future class expansions are being considered and will be announced once finalized.

Sensei Tim has worked hard on strengthening relationships with other schools and leaders in Okinawa to enhance our curriculum, that we are affiliated with the Reihokan system in Okinawa.
